General Policy
All payments made through the application are subject to the refund conditions stated below. By completing a payment, the user agrees to this Refund Policy.

Event Ticket Refunds
Eligible for Refund A refund may be issued if:- The event is cancelled by the organizer
- The event is rescheduled and the user does not accept the new date
- A duplicate payment is made
- If a payment is successful but the event registration fails due to a technical issue, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Not Eligible for Refund Refunds will not be issued if:- The user decides not to attend the event
- The event is missed for any reason
- The refund request is made after the event has started
- The event is marked as non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued for registrations made with incorrect or incomplete user details provided by the customer.

Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 24–72 hours before the event start.
- Requests made after this period (24-72 hours) will be rejected.

Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
- Transaction or gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Organizer-Initiated Refunds
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
- Users will receive automatic refunds
- Notifications will be sent via email or in-app notification
